WEIGHTED 52

THIRD PERSON

The woman rode her car to the warehouse they agreed to put the children in with excitement like no other. She was happy that she finally got a hold of Elize’s ultimate weakness.

Her closure was finally here, within her reach.

Little did she know that she was in for the surprise of her life, in the next few moments she would realise why she shouldn’t have underestimated Elize.

That she should have been smarter than falling in her own trap.

Elize didn’t climb the food chain ladder by easily falling for ill-performed stupid tricks that were meant to harm her.

She was strong for a reason.

She was fearful for a reason.

When the woman parked her car in front of the warehouse and entered, she immediately started blabbering happily. Way too happily to realise her surroundings which was a dumb and unprofessional move considering she knew who Elize exactly was and what was she capable of.

‘Where are they?’ She asked, still humming stupidly.

‘Hello to you too, dearest.’ Said an all to familiar voice, calmly, sending shivers of pure white horror through her veins.

She then snapped her head up, frantically scanning her surroundings until she met an enraged pair of beautiful eyes.

‘Imp..impossible! Hhhow?’ The once overly confident proxy was now speechless and unable to form a coherent sentence.

‘Did you seriously think you could outsmart me that easily?’ She asked rhetorically.

‘How dumb of you, dear friend!’ She mocked, chuckling.

The woman looked at the men who were on their knees in front of the bodyguards across from them. The spacious warehouse almost looked crowded with the army of the bodyguards that were occupying it.

‘Oh, excuse my husband, he tends to overreact.’ Elize said with an eye roll referring to the amount of the men they brought with them when she saw the woman looking around the room in a panicked way, before she chuckled. ‘But then that way we would ensure that no one goes away unsatisfied.’ She emphasised on the last word, and by the look on her proxy’s she knew she understood her point.

She was referring that the woman won’t be able to leave until and unless she was done with her, which would most probably mean that she would be leaving in a body bag and that too only if her stars are on her side today.

‘Oh, and by the way you just came in time to witness the show, would you like to enjoy it with us?’ Elize asked.

When the woman didn’t answer, she threw the knife she was twirling in her hand at the shaking woman, allowing it to graze her forehead slightly and stuck to the wall without causing anymore damage.

‘It’s rude to ignore someone after showing this much interest in starting a conversation with you!’ Elize snapped, reprimanding her for the ‘rude’ behaviour she showcased.

‘III I don’t know.’

Tut, tut, that isn’t the answer I’m expecting.’ She cut her pathetic stuttering off. ‘Be careful, dear Sophie, don’t provoke me. Believe me you won’t like my oh - not - so - kind side, so you better answer me while I’m being nice.’ She warned in a dead serious tone.

‘Yyyes,’ She finally answered, scared shitless. She was scared how calm and smooth Elize’s words and actions were portrayed, she seemed so refined and graceful even in this situation that it gave Sophie the chills.

‘You heard her, gentlemen.’ She nodded at the guards, and in the next moment the room swam in a blood pool.

The sudden gasps from the men who were now laying on the floor with huge ugly holes in their throats, lifeless, matched the roaring laughter of the psychotic woman.

The men in the room, despite being involved in the mafia, couldn’t help but watch in pure horror how the woman they knew as the loving, caring and compassionate mother, sister, wife and friend changed completely into a psychotic criminal with a heart of stone.

Brandon, Jason, Claus and Luca were gob smacked since they’ve never witnessed this dark and unforgiving side of her, while her husband and Lee were simply watching the scene in front of them with emotionless expressions.

They , after all knew how she was when she lets the darkness possess every Sane fibre of her being, and seeing how she was the moment she knew about their plan to drag her children in this shit they created, she was restless. She went all Mama - Cougar on everybody in the mansion.

She stayed in Tyrone and her room with them cradled in her embrace on their massive bed for quite sometime before she suddenly came out telling them she knew exactly what to do to get to the bottom of this sick game once and for all.

She made sure the kids were safe in a safe house that only her and Tyrone knew of before heading to executing her plan.

All in all, she hasn’t been the normal Elize since then, so they knew how much she needs to ensure that everything is okay, that her family is okay.

When the cries of the three men along with the silent whimpers of Sophie subdued, she sent three flying knives at their hearts, taking them by surprise once again. Sophie let an ear piercing scream at the horrendous act.

‘Why act all innocent like it’s your first time you saw this side of me, we both know that this is nothing compared to what you’ve witnessed me doing to those two sluts.’ Elize said, looking at the whimpering woman. ‘You should have dumped everything and stayed away when you saw what I did to both Angela and Dana for mistakes that could be considered minor compared to yours.’ She added, shocking her more than she already was.

‘HHHow?’

‘How did I know that you hacked into my cousin’s mansion’s cameras? How many times should I have to tell you sluts that I’ll always be 10 steps before you, before it gets through those thick skulls of yours?’

‘II’m ssso…’

‘No, you aren’t! You were and still are too much consumed in your sisters lies to see her true colours and past those crocodile tears she shed in front of you.’ Elize cut her off again.

‘Whhat do you mmmean?’ She stuttered.

‘Every single word that slut of a sister you have uttered is nothing but fabrication of the truth.’ She explained.

‘YOU’RE LYING! MY SISTER WOULD NEVER LIE TO ME!’ Suddenly the woman shouted with a newfound burst of confidence.

‘Oh really? What exactly did she tell you? That I’m a Gold Digging bitch who stole her family away?’ Elize mocked, still supporting the malicious smile on her beautiful features. Eyes twinkling with danger, promising darkness and destruction.

‘Exact - wait how did you know that?’ Sophie asked, astounded.

‘You’re not the only one with hackers, my husband can hack into almost anything as long as he has his fingers on a keyboard, but that’s beside the topic.’ Elize said proudly. Tyrone is indeed a very rare talent, he too like his eldest have an extraordinary IQ which enabled him of learning things he was interested in great speed. ‘Let’s go back to the real topic. Does a Mike Deacon ring a bell?’ She asked the puzzled woman.

‘What about Acacia Deacon?’

‘I figured that much.’ She replied when she saw the same puzzled look Sophia was supporting. ‘Let’s call the only person who can dissolve that puzzled look you have now, shall we?’ Elize nodded towards one of the guards.

Moments later, a screaming Dana came in sight being dragged by her hair by the same guard.

Sophia’s blood ran cold in her veins. What is she doing here? How did Elize get her hands on her, wasn’t she almost an ocean away from here?’

Then something snapped in her when the guard threw her on the cold floor next a bunch of dead rats causing her screams to intensify.

Sophia then glared at Elize, took the knife that was still stuck in the wall behind her, and ran to her screaming. ‘I WILL KILL YOU!’

Elize stood in her place unflinching until the woman approached her, she twisted the knife out of her hand, put her hand under armpit and threw her to the other side of the room causing her back to hit the wall hard.

The woman whimpered, and her sister’s screams increased more if that’s even possible.

‘I thought you were at least on the same level when you tried to harm my kids, but you’re nothing but a weakling that was manipulated by the person you loved the most. How pathetic, how disappointing.’ Elize said approaching the whimpering mess that was laying against the wall.

‘I warned you not to provoke me, and now that you did behold the consequences.’ She said crouching next to the woman, then she fished the gun in one hand, and the other she grabbed Sophie’s face harshly before forcing her gaze towards her sister who was being held down by one of the guards. Her face almost touching the dead rats’ bodies.

Then she pulled the trigger that was aimed at Dana.
